[1]The tribunal made an “unless order” on 14 July 2021. The terms of the order provided that if the claimant did not comply with it, the claimant’s claim would be struck out in its entirety but did not state that the claim would be dismissed without further notice. In those circumstances it is necessary for an order to be made striking the claim out before the claim is disposed of.[2]The claimant has not complied with the terms of the unless order and, in those circumstances, the claim is hereby struck out.
