JUDGMENT

UPON the respondent conceding that the claimant’s claim for unpaid annual leave is well founded. AND UPON the parties reaching terms of settlement in respect of the sums owed as annual leave to the claimant in the sum of £560.69 The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent must pay to the claimant the sum of £560.69 for unpaid annual leave.[2]The claims for unfair dismissal, direct discrimination on the grounds of both age and disability, and failure to make reasonable adjustments are not well founded and are dismissed.
