JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly and wrongfully dismissed by the Respondents (committee members and members of the Woolston & District Trades Labour Club) and who made unlawful deductions of wages and failed to pay accrued holiday pay due to the Claimant at the date of her dismissal.[2]The Respondent shall pay the following sums to the Claimant:(a) Unfair dismissal Basic Award £1,080 A Compensatory Award comprising: (i) loss of earnings to date of hearing £1,663.65 (ii) future loss of earnings £571.74 (iii) expenses incurred £50 (iv) travel costs £385 (v) loss of Statutory Rights £500 (vi) 25% uplift of Compensation Award for £792.59 Case No: 1402545/2018 failing to comply with relevant Code of Practice Total Compensatory Award £3,962.98(b) Damages for breach of contract Damages for breach of contract for failure to £290.99 give due notice to terminate the Claimant's contract of employment(c) Accrued holiday pay due to the Claimant £520(d) Unlawful deduction of wages £300 The Recoupment Regulations do not apply to the Compensatory Award.
