All further 16 complaints identified in the reasons to the Judgment sent to the parties on 25 August 2021, which were not struck out in the Judgment sent, are now struck out.REASONS
The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100 by 24 September 2021 in respect of each of the 16 complaints which survived a strike out Judgment, following a preliminary hearing held on 12 August 2021. The Order was sent to the claimant on 25 August 2021. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
