JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal has determined that the Claimant was not an employee of the Respondent.[2]The Claimant’s claims for other payments/ breach of contract are therefore not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s representative having indicated a requested for written reasons, however, as it was not clear if the Claimant was aware that would involve the decision being published, the tribunal has requested that any application for written reasons be made in writing to the tribunal office in accordance with the rules, namely within 14 days of receiving this record, and upon receiving such a request it will be actioned.
