[1]The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant is ordered to pay to the Respondent the sum of £1,000 plus VAT in costs.REASONS
[1]By an email dated 20 December 2023 the Respondent applied for the claim to be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 23 October 2023.• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 2 January 2024 will not take place.
