JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages, relating to holiday pay for leave taken in November 2020 and January 2021, is out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the Claimant to bring the claim in time. Therefore the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine the claim.[2]The Claimant was not entitled to carry over annual leave from the 2020/2021 leave year into the 2021/2022 leave year under Regulation 13(10) Working Time Regulations. Her claim for holiday pay therefore fails and is dismissed.
