Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was made redundant on 6 April 2020. At termination he had 9 complete years of service and he was aged 65. His weekly wage for redundancy purposes was capped at £583.00,[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £7263.00.[3]The claimant is entitled to payment in respect of unpaid wages and holiday pay as on termination as follows:a. Wages for March 2020 of £2396.44 netb. Wages for April 2020 of £444.75 netc. Holiday pay of £1037.75.[4]The respondent will now pay to the claimant the total sum of £11,141.94
