Mr M DaemsClaimantSpectrum ASDRespondent
Employment Judge GorajDate 23 July 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 7 June 2019 the Tribunal rejected the Claimant’s claims other than the claims for unpaid wages and suffering a detriment for allegedly making a protected public interest disclosure. By a further letter of that date the Claimant was also required to provide further particulars of the latter complaint by 14 June 2019. The Claimant did not respond to this letter.[2]By a letter dated 6 July 2019 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  Failure to comply with the Tribunal’s direction dated 7 June 2019 to provide further information.[3]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 9 January 2020 will not take place.
