A Hall v Astor Bannerman (Medical) Ltd: 1402450/2021
JUDGMENT
[1]In relation to the unfair dismissal claim the judgment of the Tribunal is as follows. The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy, and not on the grounds of having made protected public interest disclosures. The dismissal for redundancy was fair and reasonable in all the circumstances of the case, and the claimant's unfair dismissal claim is therefore dismissed.[2]In relation to the unlawful deduction of wages claim, namely the failure to make a bonus payment, the judgment of the tribunal is as follows. There is no entitlement under the terms of the contract to the bonus claimed by the claimant and I therefore dismiss this claim.
