The Second Claimant (Miss B Carr)[4]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay her the gross sum of £121.80.[5]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay her the sum of £210.00.[6]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant notice and she is entitled to the sum of £58.80 in that respect.
