Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The First Claimant (Miss S Paul)[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay her the gross sum of £171.60.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay her the sum of £184.80.[3]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant notice and she is entitled to the sum of £105.60 in that respect. The Second Claimant (Miss B Carr)[4]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay her the gross sum of £121.80.[5]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay her the sum of £210.00.[6]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant notice and she is entitled to the sum of £58.80 in that respect.
