JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent failed to pay to the Claimants their full entitlement to Statutory Redundancy Pay and pay in lieu of notice, on termination of their employment on 4 May 2022.[2]The Respondent failed to provide the First and Second Claimants with terms and conditions of employment compliant with s.1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay them two weeks’ pay.[3]The Respondent’s counterclaims against all three Claimants fail and are dismissed.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimants the following amounts (as set out in the attached Schedule):a. First Claimant - £13,606.00b. Second Claimant - £8704.00c. Third Claimant - £5662.00
