JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal is that:• The Claimant is an employee of the Respondent as defined in sections 230(1) and (2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.• The Claimant succeeds in his claims for: o notice pay (one week’s pay at £961.54 gross); o unlawful deduction from wages amounting to £17,992.86 gross; and o unpaid holiday pay amounting to £2,500 gross.• The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the total gross sum of £22,470.40 which includes an award for two weeks’ pay made pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.
