JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims for a redundancy payment, breach of contract relating to notice and for unpaid holiday pay are dismissed upon withdrawal, having been satisfied by the Redundancy Payments Service.[2]In relation to the claim for unlawful deductions of wages, it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to have been brought within time and it was brought within such further period as was reasonable in accordance with s. 23 (4) Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay her the gross sum of £563.76, representing 5 weeks of unpaid wages.
