This means the respondent made unlawful deductions of wages from the first and second claimant.[2]The first and second claimant are owed sums to be determined at a later hearing.[3]The parties will be notified of a date for the remedy hearing.[4]The parties will be sent a separate case management order setting out required steps for preparing for the remedy hearing.
