JUDGMENT

[1]The Claim of Unfair Dismissal is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £17,570 in respect thereof.[2]The Claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £5,046.90 in respect thereof.[3]The Claim of Wrongful Dismissal is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £3,364.80 in respect thereof.[4]The Claim of unpaid accrued holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £1,238.17 in respect thereof.[5]The Claim for unpaid wages in respect of the period 20 May 2024 to 17 June 2024 is well founded. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £2,721.60 in respect thereof.[6]The Claim for unlawful deduction of wages in respect of pension payments deducted but not paid to the pension provider is well founded. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £767 in respect thereof.
