JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s pay in the total sum of £420.24 gross (as set out in the Schedule below) in breach of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Claimant is therefore awarded and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £420.24 gross. The Schedule 1. 25 hours (25 – 27 April 2018) at £8 per hour = £200. 2. 4 hours (2 May 2018) at £8 per hour = £32.[3]Holiday pay (23 hours and 53 minutes) at £8 per hour = £188.24.
