[1]The Claimant was a disabled person as defined by section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 at all material times from 25 January 2017 and, accordingly, for each claim set out in the Issues set out in EJ Midgley’s Order following the 30 January 2023 hearing. The impairment is Anxiety.[2]The Claimant’s application to postpone the prehearing review on 8 August 2023 is withdrawn.
