JUDGMENT
ON REMEDY Pursuant to default judgment promulgated on 20 December 2018[1]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following sums for discriminating against her, and dismissing her, by reason of her pregnancy: a) A sum of sixteen thousand and fifty four pounds and fifty pence (£16,054.50) for loss of earnings to the date of the Remedy Hearing plus interest of five hundred and forty eight pounds ninety three pence(£548.93); and b) A sum of four thousand three hundred and seventy eight pounds sixty four pence (4,378.64) for future loss of earnings; and c) An award for injury to feelings of seven thousand five hundred pounds (£7,500) plus interest of five hundred and twelve pounds eighty seven pence (£512.87)[2]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply to these awards. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 1402312/2018
