[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds;[2]The Claimant’s claim for failure to pay statutory redundancy pay is well founded and succeeds;[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £7,127.96.[4]The Respondent has failed to comply with its duty under s38 of the Employment Act 2002, and is ordered to pay the Claimant the further sum of £1,680.[5]The total sum stated when giving the Tribunal’s reasons in the hearing of £6,287.96 is hereby corrected as having contained a mathematical error.
