JUDGMENT
On the Claimant not attending the hearing, but having submitted evidence in advance of deductions from wages, the following Judgment is made:[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of the wages due fora. January 2021of £1900.00 gross;b. March 2021 of £1900.00 gross;c. April 2021 of £613.85 gross.[2]The Respondent will now pay the Claimant the total sum of £4413.85 gross in respect of the unlawful deduction from wages.[3]All other claims made by the Claimant are dismissed.
