JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was constructively dismissed without notice; alternatively, the Claimant was dismissed with the promise that notice would be paid.[2]Accordingly, the Respondent must pay the Claimant contractual 1 month’s net notice in the sum of £1,100.[3]The Claimant is entitled to be paid 20 days accrued but untaken holiday pay in the sum of £1,400 gross.[4]The total sum of £2,500 must be paid within 14 days. Full oral reasons were given at the hearing. Any party that requires written reasons must request these within 14 days of this Judgment being sent to the parties.
