[1]The claimant gave 3 months’ notice of termination. He was not paid for the last of those months, May 2018. He is entitled to one month’s pay, namely £2,916.67 (being £35,000 / 12).[2]The claimant was also not paid for the 2 days annual leave he accrued in May 2018 and he is entitled to 2 days pay in that regard, namely £250.
