JUDGMENT

The judgment of the tribunal is that:  As has already been determined by Employment Judge Midgley, claim 1402117/2021 (the first claim) is not a validly presented claim.  Claim 1402133/2022 (the second claim) was validly presented on the 30 June 2022.  It is just and equitable to extend time in respect of the complaints relating to the appeal outcome (11 March 2021) within the second claim, understanding that the Claimant asserts that is the last in a series of acts of behaviour. The matter of whether it is conduct extending over a period is still to be determined.  The complaint of victimisation the Claimant sought to add to the first claim by an amendment application dated the 19 June 2022, needs to be considered in the context of an amendment application to the claim as now permitted to proceed. 1 of 2 Case Number: 1402117/2021 1402133/2022
