JUDGMENT

Upon the First and Second Respondents not disputing liability and the Third Respondent not entering a response. And Upon:(a) reading the bundle of documents provided to the tribunal by the Claimant;(b) no party providing submissions as invited by Employment Judge Midgley It is the judgment of the tribunal that:[1]The Third Respondent do pay the Claimant:(a) a Basic Award of £2,023.35;(b) a Compensatory Award of £3,006.85 consisting of: (i) Losses to date of Tribunal: £2,409.85 (ii) Future loss for 26 weeks: £247.00 (iii) Loss of Statutory Rights: £350.00(c) Pay for accrued but untaken holiday: £1,248.40(d) Compensation for a failure to provide written statement of terms and conditions of employment: £385.40[2]The Respondents are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,252.55 for a failure to inform and consult about the relevant transfer to the Third Respondent.
