JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was employed from 13 March 2021 to 15 July 2022 as a Senior Web Developer. His gross weekly wage was £558.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in that it failed to pay wages in the months of April, May, June and to 15 July 2022. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £8476.93.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £6692.30[4]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £7528.82.[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £892.31.[6]The respondent has failed to pay its employer and employee pension contributions to the claimant’s pension provider, Nest, for a period between December 2021 and through to the end of employment. Contributions are recorded on payslips in this period. This is an unauthroised deduction from the claimant’s wages and the respondent is ordered to the claimant the gross sum of £1353.36.
