[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant;a. a basic award of £196.92, and

b. a compensatory award of £1612.46.

[2]The respondent is in breach of the claimant’s contract and is ordered to pay to her the sum of £393.84.
