JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract in respect of pay in lieu of notice are dismissed, upon withdrawal.[2]The Respondent’s counterclaim in respect of breach of contract is dismissed, upon withdrawal.[3]The Claimant’s application to bring a claim for arrears of holiday pay, out of time, is refused.[4]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages, in the sum of £371.40 and is ordered to pay the Claimant that sum. This sum, at the agreed daily rate of pay of £61.90 net, is in respect of 21 to 24 March, 28 March and a day’s pay in lieu of a bank holiday worked on 30 March 2018.
