Case No: 1401833/2020 (Code P) EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mr D Campfield Respondent: Saltash Tyre Recycling Ltd[1]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £1,200 (£400 gross week’s pay x 1.5 x 2 years) which sum the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £350 (being the balance of notice monies due).
