JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint and unlawful deductions from wages relating to the national minimum wage is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract relating to notice succeeds and she is awarded the agreed sum of £1,004.40 in compensation, but subject to an increase of 20% under s. 207A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, being a total of £1,205.28.[3]The Claimant is further awarded costs in accordance with rule 76 (4) of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 in the sum of £390, representing the fees paid by her in relation to her Type A claim which succeeded, in accordance with the Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal Fees Order 2013.
