JUDGMENT
[1]By consent, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £1,201.56 comprising: Redundancy pay: £137.95 Compensatory award: £407.34 Notice pay: £543.12 Holiday pay: £113.15 Any amount which the Respondent lawfully deducts from the above amounts by way of income tax, national insurance contributions or otherwise shall be treated to that extent as in payment of the above order. In the absence of evidence to substantiate the lawfulness of such a deduction the gross amount specified shall be due under this Judgment to the Claimant.[2]By consent, the Claimant’s claims are dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The Recoupment Regulations apply and the particulars required by Regulation 4(3) are:3.1 total (unfair dismissal) monetary award £407.343.2 the Prescribed Element: £407.343.3 period to which the Prescribed Element is attributable: to 10 June 20193.4 amount by which monetary award exceeds the Prescribed Element: £794.22.
