JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages, in the sum of £234.64 and is ordered to pay the Claimant that sum, but which, as agreed by the Claimant, should be paid, on his behalf, direct to the Child Support Agency.[2]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with terms and conditions of employment compliant with s.1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay the Claimant two weeks’ wages, in the agreed sum of £722.00.[3]The Claimant’s claims of ‘other payments’ and arrears of holiday pay are dismissed, upon withdrawal. Case Number: 1401790/2021[4]The Claimant’s allegation of fraud is dismissed, for want of jurisdiction.
