[1]The claimant was an employee of the respondent.[2]The claimant's claims of unfair dismissal, breach of contract in respect of notice pay, and unlawful deduction of wages (including accured but untaken annual leave) are well founded and succeed.[3]The respondent unfairly dismissed the claimant and failed to pay notice in breach of contract. The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages and failed to pay the claimant agreed that untaken annual leave and is ordered to pay the claimant the following sums: 3.1.
