JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim in respect of notice pay is well founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £375.00, subject to deductions for tax and National Insurance.[2]The Claimant’s claim in respect of unpaid holiday is well founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £562.50 subject to deductions for tax and National Insurance.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £900.00 in respect of the Respondent’s failure to provide Written Particulars of Employment.
