Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Bristol Employment Tribunals on 25 May 2022. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant wages for one day’s unpaid work of £80.00.[3]The claimant is owed pay for 30 days due to no work being available, at the rate of £80.00 per day and the respondent must now pay him the sum of £2,400.000[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant 20 days holiday at £80.00 per day, being £1,600.00.[5]The respondent must now pay the claimant £4,080.00 in total.
