Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondents have made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and are ordered to pay the claimant the gross/net sum of £170.00.[2]The respondents have failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and are ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3,000.00.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £7,335.00.[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondents are ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £5,100.
