Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 The respondent having stated that he does not defend the claim and the claimant having withdrawn her claim for breach of contract for notice, and on the information before the Employment Judge, Judgment is entered as follows: -[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £1,100.97 (6.5 weeks x £169.38 gross weekly pay) which sum the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract for notice is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.
