The judgment of the tribunal is that the following claims are well founded and judgment is given for the claimant:-[1]Unfair Dismissal – The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a compensatory award in the sum of £1192.45[2]Failure to supply full written particulars of employment – The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1050.00 The following claims are dismissed -[3]Unlawful Deduction from wages /breach of contract (notice pay)[4]Unpaid Holiday pay.
