JUDGMENT
[1]The claims for a protective award are well founded and succeed in respect of all claimants in Schedule 1.[2]It is just and equitable to make an award for the maximum period of 90 days because of the seriousness of the default, the First Respondent having wholly failed to inform or consult its employees and having offered no explanation for that failure.[3]The protected period began on 31 May 2024.[4]The remaining claims of the Schedule 1 claimants are dismissed on their withdrawal by the claimants.
