Compensatory Award; £9,770.75 including pension loss and loss of statutory rights (by consent); Subject to recoupment provisions if applicable.[2]The Claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal in respect of his notice period succeeds. The Claimant is awarded £4,231.45 net pay (by consent).[3]The Claimant’s claim under section 38 Employment Act 2002 is dismissed.
