JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for Harassment on the grounds of age is successful in part. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £1079.36 calculated as follows; £990 awarded for injury to feelings and £89.36 in interest.[2]The Claimant’s complaint in respect to holiday carried over from the October 2020 – April 2021 leave year due to the Covid 19 pandemic is not well founded and does not succeed.[3]The Claimant’s complaint in respect to holiday for the period 1 April 2021 until 18 March 2022 succeeds. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £1810.00 (gross) calculated as follows; 18.1 days at £100 per day.[4]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of one weeks pay from the 11 March 2022 until 18 March 2022. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £500.00 (gross). The sum is subject to applicable deductions for tax and national insurance.
