Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Bristol Employment Tribunals on 15 May 2022. The Respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions of £7956.74 gross from the Claimant’s wages, by failure to pay those wages and must now pay the claimant £7956.74 gross.[3]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from wages of £357.25 gross by failing to pay bonus pay and must now pay the claimant £357.25 gross.[4]The Respondent must pay the Claimant compensation for expenses incurred by way of bank charges of £618.76.[5]The respondent must now pay the Claimant £8932.75 in total.
