JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgement of the employment tribunal is as follows: –(1) The claimants’ claims of victimisation contrary to section 27 of the Equality Act are dismissed upon withdrawal by all claimants.(2) The claimants Harris and Halliday’s claims of discrimination arising from disability contrary to section 15 and of a failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to section 20 of the Equality Act, and of unfair dismissal are well founded.(3) The claimant Hayes’ claims of discrimination arising from disability and of a failure to make reasonable adjustments are well-founded.(4) The claimants Lane and Tester’s claims of indirect discrimination on the grounds of sex contrary to section 19 of the Act are well-founded.(5) Within 28 days of promulgation of the judgment the parties are to notify the Tribunal whether a remedies hearing is required.
