[1]The claim by Miss D Read is dismissed pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules.[2]Pursuant to section 170 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, it is declared that Sophisticated Solutions Ltd is liable to pay a redundancy payment to Mrs H Costick.
