The parties having reached an agreement with payment over three instalments the case will stand dismissed on 11th January 2019 unless an application is made before that date to keep the case live. JUDGMENT Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant, having been unfairly dismissed, is awarded £2,175, comprising of a basic award only.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £ £1,402.55.[3]The hearing listed on 22 July 2019 is cancelled, the Claimant’s solicitor having requested that remedy was considered on paper and the Respondent not objecting.
