JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal orders and declares that the respondent is liable to pay the claimant the sum of £22,750.40.[2]The grounds for the judgment sum in Paragraph 1 above are that:a. the claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds in the sum ordered of £500 (loss of statutory rights) and the agreed sums of £1,345.00 (basic award) and £14,164.40 (compensatory award) and ACAS uplift of 10% amounting to £1,416.40b. the claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction of wages is well founded and succeeds in the agreed sum of £3,951 and a further sum ordered by the tribunal of £250 to reflect interestc. the claimant’s claim for holiday pay due on termination is well founded and succeeds in the agreed sum of £1,053.60 and a further sum ordered by the tribunal of £70 to reflect interestd. the claimant’s claims in respect of breach of contract relating to bonus, pension contributions and in respect of a claim under section 8 of the ERA (itemised pay statements) are not well founded and are dismissed[3]The tribunal orders and declares that the respondent is liable to pay to the claimant the sum of £2,250 (incl VAT) in respect of the claimant’s application for costs relating to the hearing bundle, dated 10 October 2022 1 of 2 Case Number: 1401577/2021[4]In the event that the claimant wishes to pursue its further application for costs, it must serve a written application on the tribunal and the other side by 27 October 2022. In that event, the Respondent must respond by 10 November 2022. The application should be addressed to EJ Beever who will determine the application on the papers unless he determines in the interests of justice that a further hearing is required.
