[1]The judgment dated 23 December 2016 and sent to the parties on 6 January 2017 is hereby revoked under Rule 70; and[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £129.60; and[3]The claimant’s claim for accrued but unpaid holiday pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant 10.5 hours’ pay in the gross sum of £162.00; and[4]The claimant gives credit for the sum of £259.20 tendered by cheque by the respondent which will leave the sum of £30.40 due and owing to the claimant.
