UPON the respondent failing to enter a response or contest the sums claimed AND UPON reading the claims and supporting documents, and hearing from the claimants The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimants’ wages, in particular:a. The respondent failed to pay wages which were properly due as salary to the claimantsb.
