[1]By an email dated 23 September 2022 the Tribunal ordered the claimant to write to the Tribunal and the Respondent by 30 September 2022 and provide: an explanation for her failure to attend the case management hearing, an explanation for her failure to comply with the case management orders, and her dates to avoid for the relisting of the telephone case management hearing Or the claims would be struck out without further order on the grounds that they are not actively pursued and/or breach of case management orders.[2]The claimant has failed to comply with these orders. The claim is therefore struck out.
