[1]The complaint that the respondent unlawfully discriminated against the claimant by treating her unfavourably because of something arising in consequence of her disability pursuant to section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds.[2]The complaint that the respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments pursuant to section 21 of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed.[3]A remedy hearing is fixed for 10th July 2017 commencing at 10.00 a.m. Case management directions for the remedy hearing are made by a case management order accompanying this judgment.[4]Reasons for the Tribunal’s judgment were requested and will follow in due course.
